The Centre for Human Advancement and Social Enrichment ("The C.H.A.S.E. Building") is a UniverCity building that is located on the Port Bealson block on the west part of campus. It is a building that has a predominantly open-concept design with a variety of flex meeting areas as well as an outdoor eating and recreation area. The C.H.A.S.E. Building is the more "open" of the UniverCity buildings, both in design and in formality. as it was designed as a multi-purpose, communal facility.
