    Dr. K. Annalise Kwon-Knightliesch

    Deputy Assistant Business

    Operational Services Superintendent

    Office of Research, Developemnt, & Global Infrastructure

    With a heritage that extends from South Korea and China, and a personality that hails from New York City, and with an upbringing that spans that cities and towns stretchging from Los Angeles to Long Beach, California, Dr. Kwon is certainly unique in her outlook to not only management, but life in general. Having obtained degrees from UCLA, Cornell, and NYU Shanghai, her drive and commitment to excellence is unrivaled, and thus, she was Karlin's primary pick to join the leadership team back when organizational restructuring was occuring.

     

    Having joined the organization back in 2010 as its Chancellor, Dr. Kwon has since served The UniverCity for over a decade in a variety of capacities including the former Secretary-General post, and C. S. Knighltiesch's brand ambassador. She is the face of most of the UniverCity's research and development campaigns, while also co-managing the company's public relations and financial affairs.

    Ms. Bethesda Meckland-Castle

    Similarly to Karlin Patrick, Ms. Beth, as we call her, has an extensive background in the education field. She was born and raised in Illinois where she obtained degrees at both Concordia University and Chicago State in Criminal Justice and Corrections, Business, Adminsitration and Education. She has also served in multipled capacities within both the public and charter school setting in the suburbs of Chicago as a Science teacher, Educational Director and High School administrator.

     

    Within the UniverCity, Ms. Beth's role is critical to the organization's planning and development, expansion, and preservation. Her office is integral to ensuring that this entity is not only on solid legal and business footing, but enduring.

    Dr. Karlin Patrick

    Deputy Assistant Business Operational

    Services Superintendent & Chief of Staff

    Office of Special Projects & Strategic Services

    Author, educator, designer, et. al., Karlin is the founder of Castle, Sayyad, & Knightliesch Associates, LLC, dba. Dälhaus UniverCity, and is the creative mind behind the organization. He has served in many roles within the organization, and currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Business Operational Services Superintendent (DABOSS) for the Office of Special Projects and Stretegic Services. He is also currently the Principal of Pegicis Prep/E.D.

    Legally recognized as "Patrick McLaw," Karlin uses the name "Dr. Karlin Patrick S. Sayyad-Voltaerovijc" professionally. He is more widely recognized by the abbreviated version of his pseudonym, "Dr. K. S. Voltaer," (and sometimes even more informally as "Dr. V.") a name under which he has written and published seven (7) novels. Karlin received international attention as well as professional and personal scrutiny in 2014 for his debut novel The Insurrectionist, a book he authored in 2011 while attending University.

     

    Outside of the UniverCity, Karlin is a licensed educator and CDL holder, and has served in a variety of professional capacities, including a Professional Driver, secondary English teacher, Department Chair, Lead Teacher, Instructional Coach, Media Production Manager, and organizational power broker.

     

    Within his role at C. S. Knightliesch, Karlin is the creative mind behind this organization. With a skill set that has not only greatly attributed to the organization's growth and development, but has simultaneously become its most critical asset, nearly every facet of Dälhaus UniverCity has his imprint on it. Over the years, Karlin has grown the company's architectural simulations project from one building, to nearly a dozen, increased the publishing house's publications, and expanded the form and fucntion of the UniverCity to include education and training programs, and consultation.
