    Our Core Values

    These four elements are not only essential in creating solutions for our clients, but are instrumental in assessing the initial problem, if one exists. We believe that individuals and organizations must have the (1) inspiration and desire to serve their clientele, the (2) education to meet and respond to the needs of said clientele, and once that education is acquired, they must create (3) innovation by using the improved systems and organizational structures to produce success. And finally, once all transformational systems are in place and operational we must (4) evaluate the effectiveness of the new structures to see if additional changes are warranted. And long-term, this is a process that merely repeats itself.

    What We Do, Plain and Simple

    When individuals, organizations, or other various groups and entities are struggling to achieve their goals or meet their desired objectives, that's when The UniverCity steps in, and we do this through The Pegicis Institute. Whether it's something as simple as the necessity of a new website, flyer, or presentational aspect to give that extra appeal, a much-needed webinar series to give you that extra edge and training, to something as grandiose as a organization whose personnel or leadership team requires training, a structural overhaul, or replacement, Pegicis specializes in governmental solutions that lead to transformational results. In basic terms: when institutions are failing, we initiate, implement, and help sustain the turnaround.

    How We Do It.

    Once the client is enrolled and/or the contract is issued, we identify the needs of clientele and key areas of concern and develop an action plan for professional development or revitalization. Then, we implement transformational tools, strategies, and personnel within the organization or group structure and assess the effectiveness of the newly implemented structures using evaluative systems and tools and make modifications as necessary. Finally, we equip personnel to sustain their newly established excellence independently, and at this time clients may choose to part with the institute, or continue with ongoing enrollment.

    Why We Do It.

    When an organization, group, or institution is failing to achieve the effectiveness it seeks, most immediately opt to replace their leader, the entire leadership, or a staff member or entire team, or change their look or slogan to re-float their sinking ship. And when individuals are struggling, they believe they need to find a new job or industry, or go back to school and spend thousands for training that may not even be suitable or necessary for them. And on rare occasions, this just may actually solve the problem. However, oftentimes, the underlying issues are far larger and require a much more drastic overhauls including bridging gaps between leadership and personnel, rebuilding respect and rapport among institutions and their clientele, creating an environment conducive to the organizations objectives, and utilizing transformational leadership and effective organizational structures. And most institutions find that they cannot accomplish this internally.
